Notes on agenda:
Item 6. Reports are not obligatory if there is nothing to report.
Item 7. I would like to spend most time on this item. There are 3 main aspects:
a) Need to know what work is the Society is doing at the moment, or already committed to.
b) The committee should know what projects have been started, their objectives, resources, projected time scale for their outputs, and their current status. We need a project management system so that project managers are encouraged and projects get completed.
c) What is the society for and what should we concentrate our future effort on. How can we improve our dynamism and create a positive image and have real impact on Yateley? How do we encourage people to create and support projects?
